How to List a Course on GearUp

If you want to share your knowledge by listing a course on GearUp, follow this step-by-step guide to upload your content successfully.

Step 1: Sign In to Your GearUp Account

Before listing a course, you need to access your GearUp account. If you already have an account, simply Log in. If you don’t, sign up to create one.

Step 2: Navigate to the Listings Section

Once you're logged in:

• Look at the left-hand side of your screen.

• Click on Listings to start the course upload process.

Step 3: Choose Your Course Type

GearUp allows you to upload various types of educational content, including:

• Video Courses

• Ebooks

• Audio Content

• Live Video Tutorials

After clicking Listings, select the type of course you want to upload.

(a) Uploading a Live Tutorial

If you’re hosting a Live Tutorial, follow these steps:

1. Enter Course Details, including Title, Subtitle, Description, and Cover image.

2. Select Course Type to categorize your tutorial.

3. Provide Course Link (if hosted externally on another platform).

4. Set the Start and End Date to let students know when the course will be available.

5. Input Daily Hours so students can understand how much time they need to dedicate each day.

6. Add the Price of your course.

7. Include Relevant Tags, then click Save & Continue.

(b) Uploading an Ebook/PDF

If you’re uploading an Ebook or PDF, follow these steps:

1. Enter Course Details, including Title, Subtitle, Description, and Cover image.

2. Select Course Type to categorize your tutorial.

3. Input the Number of Pages of your PDF and specify the PDF Size.

4. Add Relevant Tags to your Ebook/PDF.

5. Click Save & Continue.

(c) Uploading a Video Tutorial

If you’re uploading a Video Tutorial, follow these steps:

1. Enter Course Details, including Title, Subtitle, Description, and Cover image.

2. Select Course Type to categorize your tutorial.

3. Enter the URL where the video is hosted.

4. Include the Duration of the Course and the Video Size.

5. Add the Price of your course.

6. Include Relevant Tags, then click Save & Continue.

(d) Uploading an Audio Tutorial

If you’re uploading an Audio Tutorial, follow these steps:

1. Enter Course Details, including Title, Subtitle, Description, and Cover image.

2. Select Course Type to categorize your tutorial.

3. Enter the URL where the audio file is hosted.

4. Provide the Duration and Size of the audio file.

5. Add the Price of your course.

6. Include Relevant Tags, then click Save & Continue.

Step 4: Publishing Your Course

Once you've entered all relevant details, follow these final steps to publish your course:

1. After selecting your course preference and entering all necessary information, click Save & Continue to move to the next section.

2. In this section, add the Table of Contents and also input what students will learn in the course.



Once all information is set up, click Publish to make your course available on GearUp.
